Dear Customer Care,
I have been a Yahoo! Mail user for almost three years now and have committed no offense to the company or other users in terms of junk or spam messages. Your company was also able to give me a lot of help in terms of connecting with my friends and even with my business matters as well. However, this month, I have been receiving a lot of suspicious messages and I do not know where they are coming from. This has been very inconvenient for me for they are using up a lot of my account’s memory especially when they really come simultaneously.
Aside from this, these messages eat the minutes of my internet surfing hours because I still have to erase all of them when in fact, I should be reading more important messages in my account. With this, I hope that you will do something about this as soon as you receive this letter of mine. For your aid, I am allowing you to browse my account and see for yourselves who have been sending these sometimes harsh and malicious messages.
